RUSH DELIVERY
Mill House Design does not offer rush delivery at this time. If you have questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact our customer care team via email at info@millhousedesignco.com.

US (CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES)
We ship most US orders via FedEx or USPS depending on the size and weight of the order, as well as which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship available items as soon as possible.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday from our warehouse in Houston, Tx; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. All orders are currently shipped within a 5-7 business day order processing time.

US (ALASKA & HAWAII)
There will be an additional charge for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Most items shipped to AK and HI require additional processing time. Some oversized or heavy items cannot ship outside the contiguous US. Please contact customer service if you live in either of these states and have any further questions about shipping.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We currently do not ship outside the US, or to the US Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. If you have further questions, please contact our Customer Service Department.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact Customer Service for additional information.
PRICING POLICY
All prices online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If you have purchased products that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if you contact us within 7 days of the original date of purchase.

We do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges or when a sale applies to an entire order. Price adjustments are only given for when specific products or a specific group of products go on sale.

RETURN POLICY
At Mill House Design, we want you to love your space. You are free to return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping and handling. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Our goal is to make shopping for home accessories a fun and worry-free experience!
If an incorrect item was received or if the item was damaged in shipping, we ask our customers to contact our customer care team by email within 48 hours. Our customer care representative will assist you to quickly process a return-mailing label and expedite your replacement.
