WHAT'S INCLUDED

CLIENT BRIEFING

The initial client briefing is offered to our customers free of charge; we can meet with you either in person or online to discuss the overall design aesthetic and purpose of your space. We will ask you a lot of questions so we can leave with a very thorough idea of what you want to achieve.

REFERENCE IMAGES

After going over the initial briefing, we produce an online image reference board and we meet for a second time to discuss and approve the initial concept. Once the direction and concept are approved, we send you a fee proposal and contract for your consideration, and once agreed upon, begin designing your space.

FLOOR PLAN

A schematic floor plan is designed by us, and provided to you for approval, after approval is given, we then proceed to design your space in 3D. Please note, this step is not always required by our clients, and is assessed on a client-by-client basis.

3D RENDERS

Should you wish to proceed with 3D renders to help you fully visualize the space you want created, the style and level of detail vary depending on what you require and your budget. We provide the following 3 options:

• Photo-Realistic Renders

• Basic Renders

• Sketch Renders

DOCUMENTATION FOR BUILD

We offer a full set of construction documentation, but discuss with you the level of documentation you require prior to starting this phase.

ON-SITE WORK

For this final stage, we offer on-site inspections, working with you and the team of contractors, over several site visits, to ensure the design is being followed out and within the given time frames. We take the utmost effort to ensure that you as our client, have a clear understanding of the services we provide to you in our tailored package. We will take the time to answer any questions you may have, as well as talk through the fee proposal with you to ensure you are getting a package that is suited to your needs and budget.
