Mill House Design Co. was created from a dream that husband and wife team, Kelly and Peter Cones, never thought would turn into reality.

Kelly graduated from the The Art Institute of Houston with her BFA in Interior Design and then went on to get her LEED GA certification in sustainable design. When hiring Mill House Design Co. for any job, Kelly takes the lead on all design consultations and concepts, while Peter takes the lead on all project managament requirements. The duo colaborates throughout the entire design process to assure that every desire of the clients needs and wants are covered. Their style is fresh, simple, clean, and timeless.
